The theme of the Leadership Summit conference in 2023 was “Ignite”. While the ignite theme would be better expanded upon in MX24, this was to emphasize focus on major new initiative org-wide.

The video altered slightly from the actual conference as it was greatly stretched across an ultra-wide screen, with more textual elements used for that version. Because of the conference version, this is an incomplete version with changes made specific to the ultra-wide screen.
