The Member Experience Conference takes place every year. Given the theme “Excellence in Action” for 2025, I pitched the concept of film and Hollywood which led to the welcome video becoming a parody of movie trailers. Scenes were adapted to fit both internal aspects of the business and does feature quite a bit of “inside jokes” that will be lost on many viewers.

AI was utilized for select backgrounds only, while everything else was done with visual effects. Filming took place on-location as well as on green screen sets over two 12-hour days. The extended trailer was then edited together in 2 weeks.
