The theme for the Member Experience Conference 2024 was “Ignite”. The team envisioned employees carrying and passing a torch across our footprint.

I was inspired by the Madonna music video of ‘Ray of Light’, eventually using the song itself. I went for black and white footage to contrast the torch and the fire design elements.

The video ends outside the Hale Center Theater, with the torch being ran on to the stage.
