I was born in northern Utah and lived there all my life with the exception of a brief stint in Arizona. I have always been creatively inclined, first focusing my aspirations towards the idea of being a graphic novelist before turning my attention towards film. I married my best friend in 2002, and we have three boys; Spencer, Chandler, and Oliver, who are my pride and joys and always find ways to keep me on my toes. We live in Syracuse, Utah with our beloved bassett hounds, Hazel and Nora.

In 2005 I joined the Ogden-based film production company, Solar Shock Pictures, directing over twenty short films, a six-part web series, and two feature films. I later formed Entropy Pictures, directing three award-winning short films since 2011, the most notable of which is 8-25-78 that continues to gain notoriety. It was picked up by FearNET and officially selected in several film festivals nationwide.
I helped develop the video department of TopTenREVIEWS based out of Ogden, Utah, before departing and joining the software development company StoryRock, Inc., as the Video Productions Director for their military division, Remember My Service (RMS) Military Productions, working under the mentorship of former Miss America and ESPN Sports Reporter, Sharlene Wells-Hawkes. I directed two feature film documentaries; The Remembered War and The Liberation of Kuwait, as well as co-producing the documentary titled The Journey Home.
I am currently the Media Marketer for Harmons Grocery Stores, handling all photo and video projects ranging from How-To Recipes, Sponsorships, Internal Communications, Associate Training, and sales related media.
